RENTAL RATE & SERVICES

Enchanté on Sherwood has a maximum capacity of 25 people. We are on the second floor above Cake & Crumb bakery, located at 111 Sherwood Drive, Unit 1B, Brantford. The space is not wheelchair accessible and entry is permitted through the bakery.

Amenities include:

Private washroom

Large living room space with leather couch and chairs

Large, open concept kitchen space with sink, stainless steel fridge and freezer (no cooking permitted)

Open concept dining area with live edge harvest table and chairs

Two 6 foot foldable tables with chairs

One four foot foldable table

Upscale decor

Rolling coat rack

The rental fee is $499 for 5 hours. Access to the event space outside of your rented hours is not permitted without additional fees. We cannot accommodate nighttime rentals.

 

We do not supply plates, cutlery, linens or glassware.

Please note, we are a fully licensed suite and therefore no outside alcohol is permitted. Outside catering is allowed. No cooking is permitted on site and all food must be approved prior to your event date.

Please note - all bookings are paid in full at time of booking. You can reschedule your event complimentary one time for a later date, however once booked, there are NO REFUNDS on the booking. There is an additional required $500 damage deposit due at time of booking and will be refunded within 48 hours post event.
